Seven Eight Nine Tour[]
The Seven Eight Nine Tour launched in 1973 as The Six’s first national tour, showcasing their burgeoning talent and early success. Initially, the tour ran smoothly, with the band delivering powerful performances of their debut album to enthusiastic crowds. However, midway through, chaos erupted when Billy Dunne’s struggles with addiction led him to enter rehab, forcing the band to cancel half of the scheduled dates. The sudden halt to their momentum left the band reeling, and their record label dropped them shortly after.
